Syniti extended its support for big data
and cloud initiatives through its latest product release Syniti Data Replication v9.8.1. Syniti
Data Replication is now available in AWS Marketplace, a digital catalog with
thousands of software listings from independent software vendors that make it
easy to find, test, buy, and deploy software that runs on Amazon Web Services,
Inc. (AWS). With this new release, Syniti Data Replication now offers smart
replication support for Parquet and AVRO structures as well as new targets
including Apache Cassandra and Greenplum.
"With the
release of Syniti Data Replication v9.8.1, we are helping our customers
accelerate their artificial intelligence (AI), cloud, and analytics initiatives
while keeping the solution elegantly simple to use," said Tyler Warden, Senior
Vice President Product & Engineering at Syniti. "Our system takes the
repetitive guess work out of these types of implementations using intelligent
automation to get up and running quickly and help keep their operations running
seamlessly."
Common customer
pain points driving the need for advanced replication services include old data
informing inaccurate or poor business decisions, data too dispersed to provide
a total picture to decision makers, product systems slow to respond, or legacy systems
too difficult to access or hard to change. Deployed in the cloud or on premise,
Syniti Data Replication supports all major databases and can make data
replication between systems a quick and easy task. Delivering fresh relevant
data is critical to realize value from AI and analytics efforts - all without
the need for specialized resources or skills like programming or stored
procedures.
"Syniti Data
Replication was by far the most user friendly and most straightforward data
replication solution to configure," said Carlos Navarro Nieto, IT
Infrastructure Leader at Osborne, one of the oldest-operating companies
in the world. "It has allowed us to define a new project by creating data cubes
that allow us to have the information in two seconds, when previously it took
about 20 minutes."
